By accessing or using FIXO5 ("the Platform"), operated by FIXO5 Inc., you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of services

FIXO5 provides an online marketplace that connects homeowners with independent home service professionals. FIXO5 is not a contractor and does not perform home services.

Professionals listed on FIXO5 are independent third parties. Any agreement for work is between you and the professional you hire.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to harass others
  • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape or copy content without permission
  • Circumvent fees or lead systems applicable to professionals

5. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FIXO5 DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONALS.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXO5 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR SERVICES PERFORMED BY PROFESSIONALS.
